His initial negotiations with Liverpool were an instant hit and suggested his move to Anfield was nothing short of a formality. However, despite agreeing on personal terms and fulfilling contractual agreements, the French sensation failed a medical, as per reliable publications.

He went on to say that there is no certainty over the World Cup winner’s future, and if a deal is not cracked by the end of July, then the player would stay with Lyon.
If the French sensation definitely has his heart set on a move to Anfield, then Liverpool could be willing to strike a deal again to claim his services.
