
Bloemfontein Celtic will be hoping to end the 2015/16 Absa Premiership season on a good note when they host Polokwane City at the Dr Molemela Stadium on Saturday.
Kick-off is at 3:00pm.
Phunya Sele Sele overcame Platinum Stars 3-2 in their previous league game away. Lyle Lakay (brace) and Abdul Razak netted for the visitors.
The Free State side are undefeated in seven league matches. They have won three and drawn four during their current run.
They defeated Ajax Cape Town in their last home league match. Phunya Sele Sele thumped the Urban Warriors 5-0 early this month.

Celtic are placed tenth on the Absa Premiership standings with 35 points from 29 matches. They are only ahead of 11th-placed Free State Stars on goal-difference.
Phunya Sele Sele midfielder Dumisani Zuma hailed their coach Serame Letsoaka before adding that they are ready for Polokwane.
“There is an unbelievable mood reigning in the camp. Perhaps we took time to gel and to collectively understand the methodology introduced by coach Serame Letsoaka when he came,” Zuma said.
“He is a great coach. We are psychologically and physically ready for any team.”
Meanwhile, Polokwane will be out to avoid a defeat when they lock horns with Celtic on Saturday afternoon.
Rise and Shine were held to a 2-2 draw by University of Pretoria at home in their previous league game. Thobani Mncwango and Junior Sibande (own –goal) netted for the home side.
The Limpopo side are undefeated in their last five league matches. However, they have drawn their last four matches during their current run.
Their last away victory came against Maritzburg United last November. Rise and Shine edged out the Team of Choice 3-2 at the Harry Gwala Stadium.
Edgar Manaka is unavailable for Polokwane this weekend. The attacking midfielder is on this week’s PSL suspension-list.
Polokwane are placed 13th on the Absa Premiership standings with 30 points from 29 matches. They are five points ahead of 14th-placed Jomo Cosmos.
Rise and Shine defender Sibusiso Mbonani is pleased that they have survived relegation ahead of their last league game of the season.
“I’m ecstatic that we survived relagation but this now means that we have to work even harder in the upcoming season,” Mbonani said.
“We need to collect points very early because fighting relagation is an uncomfortable feeling especially for me because this is my first season with the team.”
When Celtic and Polokwane clashed in the first round league game, the latter won 3-2 at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on the 8th of August 2015.
Linda Shiba, Thobani Mncwango and Jabulani Maluleke netted for Polokwane, while Thapelo Morena and Lerato Lamola scored for Celtic.
