Bayern Munich’s Joshua Kimmich has been hailed by the German national coach Joachim Low as one of the greatest talents in the last decade.
Kimmich has emerged as one of Europe’s most complete and versatile defenders since singing for the Bavarians in 2015, while his fine form has recently seen the 23-year-old rewarded with a contract extension, keeping him at the Allianz Arena until 2023.

“Joshua is one of the greatest talents I have seen in the past decade,” Low is quoted by Bundesliga.com.
Kimmich played the full 90 minutes in the current World Cup champions’ 1-1 draw against Spain on Friday night, taking the defender to 26 caps for the German national side.
And that may extend to 27 appearances on Tuesday, as Joachim Low’s side host Brazil in the second of their two friendlies during the international break.
The former RB Leipzig player has registered nine assists this season for Bayern. Despite scoring six goals in the league last term, Kimmich has only netted once in the Bundesliga so far this time, though he has scored twice in the Champions League, and once in the DFB-Pokal against Paderborn.
